The Village of Pawling’s Mayor is Robert Liffland and our Board of Trustees is:

The regular Board Meeting is the 1st Monday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Village Hall and the Workshop is the 3rd Monday of the month at 7 p.m., also at the Village Hall. If the meeting date falls on a holiday the meeting is rescheduled to the following Monday at 7:00.
The Village Clerk is Jennifer Osborn and the Village Treasurer is Marissa Ranellone. We are located at the Village Hall at 9 Memorial Avenue, Pawling, New York. Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. and our phone number is 855-1122.
Our Building Inspectors Larry Tomasso and Karl Pfister. Building Department Secretary is Mary Heubel. The department number is 855-1128.
Tax bills for the Village are mailed out on June 1st and need to be paid by October 31 by NOON. The hours for tax payments are 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and can be brought or mailed in to the Village Hall.
The Working Foreman for the Highway Department is Doug Warren. His office is located on Henry Street and the number to reach him at is 855-1344.
Garbage is picked up every Monday and recyclables are picked up the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. The garbage bills go out on January 1st and are due in on February 1st.
The water and sewer billing is done by Linda Murray who is also the Pawling Joint Sewer Commission Secretary. Her office is located in the Village Hall and her hours are Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. The Pawling Joint Sewer Commission board members are:
