PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Village Law Section 22-2200, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pawling has completed its annual computation of the fiscal year 2018 costs of the Village’s Special Refuse Assessment Area. The total cost for 2018 is $167,643.00.
A copy of the apportionment formula and the apportionment roll for the Special Refuse Assessment Area is on file and can be inspected at the Office of the Village Clerk, 9 Memorial Avenue, Pawling, New York during normal business hours.
A Public Hearing will be held on December 4, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 9 Memorial Avenue, Pawling, New York to consider and review the computation and apportionment.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the tentative 2018 budget of the Pawling Joint Sewer Commission has been completed and filed in the office of the Clerk of the Pawling Joint Sewer Commission, Village Hall, 9 Memorial Avenue, Pawling, New York on November 13, 2017 where a copy of the same may be inspected by said interested persons during the regular office hours.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing is scheduled on said tentative budget on December 14, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 9 Memorial Avenue, Pawling, New York. All interested persons may be heard at this time.
