Notice of Cancellation of January 26th, 2023 Special Meeting of Village of Pawling Planning Board
The Village of Pawling and Main Corners Properties, Inc. have agreed to mediate certain disputes currently pending between them with respect to 146 East Main Street, Pawling, NY. The mediator will be Judge Peter Forman. Judge Forman served as a judge for the Dutchess County Court since 2011 and as an Acting Justice of the Dutchess County Supreme Court since 2001.
Accordingly, the Village of Pawling Planning Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 26, 2023 regarding 146 East Main Street has been cancelled.
