Notice of Public Hearing

Please take notice: There will be a Special Meeting of the Village of Pawling Zoning Board of Appeals and a public hearing on the 3rd day of February, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to hear the appeal of Main Corner Properties, LLC for the premises located at 146 East Main Street (assessors lot 7056-09-244711-00) in the Village of Pawling. The public hearing will take place at Village Hall (9 Memorial Avenue, Pawling, NY 12564).

The Applicant is appealing the December 22, 2021 decision to revoke the Applicant’s permit for work at the property located at 146 East Main Street and the Stop Work Order issued on December 22, 2021.

Due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, the Village of Pawling Zoning Board of Appeals can accommodate 9 members of the public after applicants and applicant’s consultants on a first come first serve basis.

The public can participate in the public hearing via a conference call. Interested members of the public can call into the meeting at (605) 313-4262 and enter Access Code: 7434716#. Comments can also be provided via email before the meeting to Vivian Nikolatos. Please check the meeting Agenda posted on the website for further instructions to access the meeting and for updated information.

On the evening of February 3, 2022, 5 minutes before 7 PM, call in to the above number. You will be placed on hold until the meeting begins.
